We monitor your infrastructure 24h/7d using Net7 monitoring solutions.

You have access in real-time to all available information through a web interface.

Among others, following services can be monitored:

• Ping (server alive?)
• Static HTTP (answer on port tcp 80?)
• Static FTP (answer on port tcp 21?)
• Static POP3 and SMTP (answer on port tcp 110 and port tcp 25?)
• Other services you would like to monitor

Real-time performance statistics are available for :

• Bandwidth consumption
• Hard disk storage
• CPU usage
• Memory usage
• Any SNMP enabled devices

When a service fails, alarms are generated and sent to our support team (and/or to you). Usually, our intervention consists in restarting a service or an application after a quick analysis. If this attempt fails, the server is rebooted. If a physical intervention is needed in the data center, a Net7 engineer resolves the problem on site. For those interventions, we contact the person in charge of the technical support in your team, (if necessary).

We guarantee a maximum response time of 1 hour and a maximum resolution time within 4 hours.
