2010-03-29 - "eTIC" Charter
Net7 recently signed the « eTIC » deontological Charter (signatory #426).
This consecrates our will for matching our services to the needs of each customer, proposing durable and portable solutions, looking for cost efficiency and respect of delivery delays.
The « eTIC » charter includes 7 essential rules to be followed in order to build clear and fair agreements : http://www.charte-etic.be.
An « eTIC » comity is ensuring that the commitments of the signatory suppliers are fulfilled, and if not so, the comity may impose penalties based on customer complains.
